Waiting list and services

A waiting-list application is an expression of interest. It does not create a service agreement, guarantee acceptance or require either party to proceed. Website descriptions and prices are provided for information and may change. We will give you the relevant service terms before any paid service begins.

Portal accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your sign-in details secure and ensuring that people you invite are authorised to access your workspace. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect users, the service or the law.

Your content and customer information

You retain ownership of the materials you provide. You allow The Dot Connection to store and use them only as needed to operate your workspace and provide the services you request. You must have the rights and permissions needed to provide those materials.

If you add information about your own customers, you are responsible for collecting and using it lawfully and providing any notices those people need. The Dot Connection will handle that information only to provide the portal or related services, in line with your instructions and any applicable service terms.

Website drafts and third-party services

Website tools may include draft or preview features. A preview is not a published website, live booking system or payment service unless we confirm otherwise in writing. Features that rely on third-party providers may require a separate account, configuration and terms.

Acceptable use and availability

You must not use our website or portal unlawfully, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorised access, or upload material that you are not entitled to use. We may update, suspend or remove features and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Our name and materials

The Dot Connection name, logo and materials on this website belong to The Dot Connection or are used with permission. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without written permission. Your own content remains yours.

Responsibility and applicable law

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where the laws that apply to you require otherwise.
